Our products are shipped within 3-5 Business Days using the following carriers: USPS. Due to COVID shipping can be delayed 7-10 business days for shipping. Please be mindful of that. Returns/Exchanges You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returns.

Returns

After orders have been placed there are no refunds. My refund policy is All Sales Final NO REFUNDS . I am willing to offer an exchange only within 7 business of placing and receiving the order. Hair has to still be unused in same condition of receiving it.
