Booking

To book a hair appointment all appointments require a $30 deposit , all deposits are deducted from your total balance. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE . If you cancel your appointment you forfeit your deposit. For all hair and install appointments hair is to be paid for upfront, the installation price can be paid at appointment . Most hair is kept on hand but if hair has to be ordered it can take up to 5-7 business days. Make sure you contact me to make sure hair is in by appointment time.
 

Refunds

After orders have been placed there are no refunds. My refund policy is All Sales Final NO REFUNDS . I am willing to offer an exchange only within 7 business of placing and receiving the order. Hair has to still be unused in same condition of receiving it.
 

Wigs

All wigs are custom made. Machine wefted and made with with exact measurements to fit each customers head.

Measurements can be sent before or after orders are placed. PLEASE allow all custom orders 5-7 business days to be shipped out & 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. If local measurements can be taken in salon or texted. All out of town/state orders for wigs, measurements can be texted to (6626402521).
 

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 3-5 Business Days using the following carriers: USPS. Due to COVID shipping can be delayed 7-10 business days for shipping. Please be mindful of that.

Returns/Exchanges You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returns.
